Kai has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Liberty University. When he's not underwriting, you can find him fishing, sailing, golfing, or hanging out with friends. Kai resides in White Stone with his dog Bella.

Best part about living in Virginia: "The best part about living in Virginia is the diverse landscape. In one day, you can go from coastal waters and beaches from the Chesapeake Bay or Atlantic Ocean, and travel to the mountains of the Appalachian. From fishing or hiking it’s a win, and we can’t forget the Old Bay-covered blue crabs."
