Every so often, it's wise to step back and take stock of where you are. After more than a century in business, we recently asked ourselves what story our company would write over the next 100 years.
We began by talking to you, our members and agents. Next, we worked with experts in business strategy and emerging trends. And importantly, we listened to our hearts.
What we found is that this company believes strongly in the power of home. We are a Virginia-only insurer. The Commonwealth is our home and we are here to protect everything it stands for. It's a commitment that's built into our business model and our personal values. It shows up in the way we write insurance, work with local agents, and deliver on promises. It's why we carefully steward our resources and answer the phones personally. It's a passion for people and the places they call home.
The strength of home is what makes Northern Neck unique. For real, there isn't another insurance firm quite like this one. We sum it up with simple statement of why we're here: to protect and preserve the things Virginians value most.

This statement is at the heart of our new logo. As a Virginia-only insurer, we strive to extend a protective arc over the Commonwealth and its people. The phrase "Virginia Insurance" states clearly that our products and services are local, personal, and custom fitted to the needs of Virginians. This is who we are. It's what we do. And we can't wait to share it with our fellow Virginians for next chapter in the Northern Neck story.
